It's been a while!

So over the last month we've had a lot of fun happen!

We'll briefly describe it here but mostly show you with photos!
- We had our Duersch Family Reunion in Bear Lake
- After lots of fertility meds we are pregnant! I'm not terribly sick yet even though I'm 6 weeks along so we're still just hoping for the best. We'll have an ultrasound in 4 days and hopefully we'll see a little heart beat going.
- Camden got into Freedom Academy!!! Yay! We're all (especially me) very excited!
- With lots of outside practice from mom, both boys are getting a LOT better at swimming, and both love it.
- Alene got called to be the new primary chorister. It's busy but I'm enjoying it so far!
- Both boys got bacterial pink eye... yucky! We're still working through Camden's bout of the disease but hope it clears quickly. All but Kelv got a terrible stomach bug a few weeks ago as well. We just seem plagued with sickness this summer!
- The patio is done!!! YES!!! Kelv put in a lot of work and it looks great. We are still working to fix the torn up grass from all the construction vehicles but that will come with time.
- We built the shed and were miraculously able to fit both cars in the garage!
- Kelv is done with his contract work for Novi security which is also a relief.
- Alene is enjoying her break from Etsy but looks forward to starting it up again in the fall
- Both boys are learning the songs well for primary, even Xan!

*In church last week while Alene was teaching about Jesus being baptized, I referenced the talk a little girl (Jamie) had given just barely about baptism. Well Camden raised his hand and mentioned that he found it "Very interesting that Jamie had said that adults and not just kids can be baptized. I did know that before!" It was adorable. We were so proud of him for how observant he was to the girls talk and pondering about what he'd learned at just the age of 5.

Camden's special Thank You cards to Daddy (Yellow, playing the piano in primary) and Mommy (Pink, mommy holding up the reverence sign and the lion, Sing LOUD signs). So sweet!

Lane took very good care of Xan the whole family reunion.
